When I go to Apple's website to see the iOS 10 Preview, I scrolled down to the bottom to see the iOS 10 compatablilty list and listed that the A5 devices (iPhone 4S, iPad Mini 1, iPad 2, iPod Touch 5th Gen.) were supported, but they posted that by mistake and removed it from the list.
